Food presentation and food offerings were improved in this standardized environment where the interior did not fit the service levels and food offerings.
All elements that had to do with food – menu, presentation, service and sales – have improved.
Improvements in the design were made with an improved visibility from the street and with that a more inclusive presence in the city centre of Ghent.
Also, food presentation more known in retail environments, was implemented by Studio Benjamin Herz.
Training for the team was given, service levels increased and knowledge of food improved.
